Terms and Conditions 

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms of Sale”) are the terms and conditions on which Pantry Posies (“we”, “us” or “Pantry Posies”) provides products to you (including flowers). In addition to the Website Terms of Use, your purchase of products from us through this website or via any other method (e.g. telephone or email) is subject to these Terms of Sale. Please read these Terms of Sale carefully before ordering any products from our site or via any other method. By placing an order for any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale:

Order Processing

  • We specialize in custom design work and retail sales

  • General sales for preorder items are announced in our emailed newsletter and with live links to our web shop

  • We require pre-orders on goods requested with an agreed upon date and time for pick up of said preorder

  • All custom order inquiries can be sent to info@pantryposies.com and someone from our team will respond to your request within 72 hours. We do not do take orders over social media. 

  • Once a custom order inquiry is addressed and accepted we will create an invoice that will be emailed to the customer. When invoice is paid, inquiry becomes an order and enters onto our work list to be completed in time for agreed upon pickup or delivery (pending scenario)

  • Any orders not obtained by customer during agreed upon pickup time will be considered abandoned and donated to Littleton Area Seniors and Friends to enjoy unless an alternative time for pick up is discussed and approved by the discretion of Pantry Posies. We ask if you have a conflict please let us know via email and we will do our best to be accommodating. 

  • Special event orders require a proposal, deposit, and detailed signed contract depending on order and requested labor and design work 

Substitution Policy 

  • Pantry Posies reserves the right to substitute floral combinations based on the ever-changing and fluctuating nature of flower cultivation and design. We do our best to accommodate all special requests regarding content, variety, and preference. However, substitutions will remain evenly traded within in color range and price point with expert care and consideration. 

Cancellation Policy

  • For preordered retail items, cancellation for full refund must be requested prior to 48 hours to agreed upon pick-up

  • Retail orders may be cancelled before we start to process and prepare the order and orders may be amended (at the discretion Pantry Posies) based upon item availability and timeline. You can cancel an order by contacting us by email

  • The cancellation policy for contracted events will be outlined upon presentation of drafted proposal after initial inquiry (pertaining to events we are contracted in as vendors and private workshops) 

Refund Policy

In the event that you are not satisfied with your retail order, any complaints should be addressed in the first instance within 24 hrs of receipt to:

  • In the event a reservation has been made for an interactive event (workshop/craft night/Ladies’ Night, etc), that sale is final at time of purchase and can be swapped to another individual at customer’s discretion and we ask for email notification 24 hrs prior to event to update attendees name on the reservation. 

  • Any unclaimed materials allotted for a no-show reservation will be donated on to Littleton Area Seniors and Friends to enjoy.

  • The refund policy for contracted events will be outlined upon presentation of drafted proposal after initial inquiry (pertaining to events we are contracted in as vendors and private workshops)
